Antigonish Bulldogs 1 Subway Selects 3

The Subways Selects opened league play with a win defeating the visiting Antigonish Bulldogs by a score of 3-1.  Goal scorers for the Selects were L. Coolen, Long and Wilson.  Assists were earned by Crawford and Shipley.  O'Donnell earned the win in nets stopping all by one shot from the Bulldogs.  Scoring for the Bulldogs was Richards assisted by Broussard.  Campbell earned the game's hard work award while the dedication award when to MacKeil.  The Selects are back in action tomorrow when they travel to Mabou and Port Hood for a double header against the Cape Breton West Islanders.
