HNS NEW Code of Discipline for 2009 -10 Season

Please note that there are a couple of major changes to the Code of Discipline for the 09-10 season. Over the last part of the 2008-2009 season the Atlantic provinces met and agreed on a Code of Discipline that is now the same for all provinces. There was little change to what we had already, but below is a  major one. 

NEW: Checking from Behind, Minor penalty - First offence is now a 2 game suspension
