Permits & Game Logs

For the hockey season 2009/10, all teams (Midget - Novice IP, AAA - Rec) will be required to obtain electronic game and travel permits and record scores for all games (home and away) through the use of an e-learning account.

 Please read the ELEARNING INSTRUCTIONS and the GAME PERMIT GUIDELINES from our Regional Director, Bob Hillier.  

 These are the challenges that may come up:
               If you can’t register for an e-elearning account, your birthdate may be incorrect in the HCR system.  Send an email (admin@pcmha.com) with your correct DOB.
                If it won’t accept the password you are trying to use, choose another one and maybe even another. 
                If you successfully set up your account and it doesn’t show your team, you probably aren’t registered on the team in the HCR system.  Send an email (admin@pcmha.com) stating what team you are on and your role (coach/ trainer/manager.)

Remember - this replaces the old game logs so managers must enter all games played.
