Wonder Auto Bantam AA Crushers Take A Bite Out of the Bulldogs in Season Opener

The Wonder Auto Bantam AA Crushers opened their regular season with a win over the Antigonish Bulldogs at the Keating Millenium Centre in Antigonish on Saturday evening, with a score of 5-3. The Crushers put the pressure on early and did not let up. Scoring for the Crushers were Sam McDow with a pair, singles to Nick Dykstra, Kyle Walsh and Luke Sheehan. Assists going to Daniel Molyneaux and Michael MacGillivary with two a piece, along with Zack Houston and Kyle Walsh with one each. Ryan Royles was solid in goal making 20 saves for the win. The Bantam AA Crushers next home game will be this Saturday vs the Cumberland Ramblers at the PC Wellness Centre. Game time is at 11:30am.
